7. Payment and Deposit Information

8. Withdrawals
8.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours. Users must verify their account before the first electronic payment is made. Suspicious documents may be reported to authorities.
8.2 Verification related to financial transactions is completed within 10 working days.
8.3 If a user has multiple accounts, Baterybet may withhold payments, except for funds legitimately deposited, minus a 10% fine plus $10 USD.
8.4 Payments are made only to the account holder, not to groups or family members.
8.5 Users must provide bank account details from which bets are made to transfer winnings.
8.6 Baterybet is not liable for payment variations due to currency exchange rates.
8.7 Batery bet chooses the method of payment for withdrawals, which may include credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
8.8 Users must bet 100% of their deposit amount before withdrawing; otherwise, a fee of 10% plus $10 USD applies.
8.9 The maximum withdrawal per day is limited to $50,000 USD.
9. Deposits
9.1 Users must report accidental transfers immediately. Winnings from such errors are void and refundable.
9.2 Deposits not intended for betting, poker, casino, or financial betting may be canceled, and associated costs charged to the user.

9.4 Refunds
Generally, Baterybet does not offer refunds. However, in cases of erroneous transfers or security breaches, users must notify Batery bet immediately. The company will respond within 72 hours, and if validated, funds will be returned to the original source.
10. Verification
10.1 Baterybet reserves the right to request additional proofs and perform additional checks in order to verify the identification of the player. Upon request, the player may also be required to send in valid identification documents proving his/her identity and address in order that Baterybet may carry out identification, perform identification checks through photo and video selfie methods, credit and other verification checks that, Baterybet may require and/or are required by applicable laws and regulations and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities for use of the Services.
